Village Appliance began with my father, who spent more than 20 years repairing appliances throughout Raleigh. I grew up working alongside him, learning the trade firsthand and the importance of doing honest work and treating customers right.
After he passed away in 2018, I took over the business at 19 years old. Since then, I’ve expanded what he started from appliance repair into sales and grown the business across North Carolina.
Today, I’m proud to continue building on what my father started and carry his legacy forward.

Can I come see an appliance before I buy it?
Yes! We operate by appointment out of our warehouses near Brier Creek in Raleigh, rather than a traditional showroom. Call or text (919) 492-3278 to schedule a visit.
Refrigerators can be seen running on-site. While we don’t have water hookups to demonstrate washers and dryers, every unit is tested, and videos are available upon request. With delivery, we’ll also demonstrate your appliance in your home before leaving.
Is there a guarantee?
Every appliance is thoroughly tested before sale. Refrigerators include a 48-hour guarantee, allowing time to reach and maintain proper temperatures in your home. If any issues arise, we’ll repair or replace the unit. For deliveries, we also demonstrate your appliances in operation before leaving, so you can feel confident in your purchase.
How much is delivery?
Delivery pricing depends on your location, the type of appliance, and whether stairs are involved. Text us those details, and we’ll provide an exact quote before scheduling your delivery.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout Raleigh, Durham and the surrounding Triangle, including Cary, Morrisville, Apex, Holly Springs, Wake Forest, Garner, Chapel Hill and Clayton. We regularly go farther than that too, so just ask.
What payment do you accept?
Cash or Zelle is preferred! We also accept Venmo, Cash App and Apple Pay.
Do you carry used and new appliances?
Yes! We primarily carry quality pre-owned appliances, along with a selection of newer scratch-and-dent, open-box, and returned units. Our inventory includes washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, and stoves from trusted brands. Inventory changes frequently, so call or text us for current availability and pricing.
Do you work with apartment complexes and landlords?
Absolutely! We regularly supply apartment communities, property managers, and landlords with appliances in volume, including matching sets. Whether you need a single replacement or appliances for an entire property, we can accommodate your needs.
